Email: Write to them from your personal email and tell them why this matters to you.
Phone: Call their office, leave a message, ask where they stand and explain your concerns.
Meet: Request a meeting with your local MP. Take a friend or whānau member with you and have a face-to-face conversation with your elected representative.
